All items are handmade and sold "as-is". No repairs or alterations will be made by Piece of Work Studio.
All purchases made from Piece of Work Studio are considered final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges under normal circumstances. This policy applies to all goods ordered and shipped from Piece of Work Studio.
Exception: We will replace an item if the wrong item was shipped by us and received by the customer. The incorrect item must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery via our Contact page, and returned postmarked within 7 days of delivery. The correct item will be shipped within one business day of receiving the returned item, and an $8.00 credit toward a future purchase will be added to the customer's account as compensation for return shipping.
